Aquilla Custom Gun Works will build you a new rifle or rebuild and accurize your current rifle. When building a new bolt action rifle, I will work off an action you provide or get you any new action you desire. My rifle builds are done to the most exacting tolerances and held to within 0.0005” or better to insure concentricity along the center of the action and bore and bedded to match specifications to keep the rifle free of binding and unnecessary torque. Every bolt action rifle I build is handcrafted one rifle at a time, and all come with an accuracy guarantee of ½ MOA and the test target.

I will use any barrel and contour you choose, chambering it to your desired cartridge. I chamber all barrels thru the headstock to make sure they are running as true as possible with no run out so the chamber is cut concentric with the bore. I have used a lot of different manufacturer’s barrels and they all make a good barrel. I have had very good success with barrels from Krieger, Satern, Rock Creek, Douglas, Shilen, Lilja, Broughton, and Bartlein. A good barrel isn’t cheap, but well worth the money spent in regards to great accuracy.

Stocks today come in many styles and are made of varying types of material. Whether they are made from fiberglass, kevlar, wood and wood laminate, or an aluminum chassis system, all serve the same purpose and will provide great accuracy when fitted to you and the action correctly. I will use any stock you desire and will make suggestions on what will work best with your intended purpose for the rifle if you are not sure as to the type of stock and make you want. All aftermarket stocks are bedded and finished in house to guarantee the fit to your rifle. Synthetic stocks from McMillan, Manners, H-S Precision, and Bell and Carlson have been used a lot on my builds. The chassis systems are getting more popular and I can’t say one is better than the other as everyone likes something different, so I will use any chassis you deem acceptable.

I also handcraft custom wood stocks. These vary from any standard stock style to having one patterned on your own custom shape. Any type and grade of wood is available as well, even laminates.

We can also provide you with custom built AR-15’s, AR-10’s and M1A’s. Again, they are built using only the components you desire and nothing else. We can make you a custom barrel and chambering from a blank or use a completed barrel from a manufacturer of your choosing. We also do all and any accurizing to these types of firearms during our building process to ensure you are getting the most accurate rifle available.
